Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:
An official order, voucher, cash payment, EFT bank transfer for the total amount specified on the pro-forma invoice must be produced by no later than 7(seven) working days prior to confirm this booking, function or event. Outstanding payments to be settled on presentation of final invoice on day of departure from Kilima Private Game Reserve and Spa. A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of this quotation. The outstanding balance is payable 7 (seven) days prior to the event or function.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 
Should non-compliance to the above clauses occur, Kilima Private Game Reserve and Spa reserves the right to release / cancel any such bookings or room allocated to the Client for this reservation. Kilima Private Game Reserve and Spa will not accept any responsibility for errors made in price quoted by a booking agency or staff member.

Kilima Private Game Reserve and Spa will under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to any property or persons while on the premises. The client hereby indemnifies Kilima Private Game Reserve and Spa his owner and staff against any loss or damages of such property or person. A client using an agent must be made aware that they (the client) are responsible for the full pre-payment of the function and not the agent or anyone acting on their behalf. The client will be held responsible for any loss or damages to facilities or equipment of Kilima Private Game Reserve and Spa caused by the client, contractors and agents working on the client's behalf.  All prices are excluding all commissions.  Bookings maybe guaranteed by providing details of the following recognized Visa Card, Master Card, Travel Voucher, bank EFT or a cash deposit. All rates are current and exclude VAT and are subject to change without prior notification.  Bookings made 7 (seven) days prior to arrival must be paid in full by means of cash or credit card to confirm the reservation.

CANCELATION POLICY:
30 Days prior to arrival - no charge, 30-15 days prior  to arrival 50% of total reservation value, 14 to 8 days to arrival 75% of total reservation value and 7-0 days to arrival 100% of reservation value.

• For misunderstanding and unnecessary risks to be avoided and to enhance a memorable experience and great occasion, general accommodation applicable as per Annexure A hereto.
